What is the refund policy?
We only accept returns or exchanges for items with manufacturing faults, transit damage, or if you receive an incorrect item. All opened blind boxes/mystery items are FINAL SALE – no returns/exchanges for unwanted characters or minor flaws. The only exception is a major manufacturing defect (e.g., broken, unusable). This policy does not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
