All orders are dispatched via Australia Post from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW. We use standard parcel post services.

Processing Time

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and pack your order before it is handed to Australia Post. This processing time is separate from the delivery time.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, please allow an estimated 7 to 14 business days for your order to arrive. Please note:

Pre-Orders & Out of Stock Items

Some items on our site are available for pre-order. These are items that are temporarily out of stock but are on their way to us.

Disclaimer: By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that it is not immediately available for dispatch.
Timeframe: The estimated time for a pre-order item to arrive at our warehouse is 1-2 months, but this is dependent on our suppliers and international shipping and is subject to change.
Your Responsibility: Please pre-order at your own discretion. We will provide updates via email if there are any significant delays, but we cannot guarantee a firm arrival date.
Full Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.
