Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the product or price. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • When you place an Order, it constitutes an offer to purchase the Products. A contract is only formed when we send you an Order Confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason, including but not limited to: Product availability, errors in the product description or price, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • We use secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You agree to their terms and conditions for processing payments. We do not store your full credit card details.

  • You must pay for the Products in full at the time of ordering.

Shipping & Delivery


Our Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to its terms.

  • We currently only ship within Australia via Australia Post.

  • The estimated delivery timeframe is 7-14 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate only and not a guarantee.

  • The risk in the Products passes to you once we dispatch them.

  • You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address. We are not liable for parcels lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by you.

Pre-Orders

​

  • Pre-Orders are for Products not currently in stock. By placing a Pre-Order, you acknowledge the estimated timeframe (1-2 months) may change due to factors beyond our control (supplier delays, shipping issues).

  • Pre-Order Disclaimer: You pre-order at your own discretion. We will communicate significant delays but cannot guarantee a specific arrival date.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and Pre-Order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the Pre-Order item arrives.

Returns, Refunds & Changes of Mind


Your rights are governed by our Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or simply because you opened a blind box and didn't get the character you wanted.

  • Faulty or Damaged Goods: Please refer to our Refund Policy for the process on how to return an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are guaranteed.
